Monthly Archives: May 2009 Leading up to the busy wedding season, I have been working with a few fellow wedding photographers to put together a pseudo bridal/fashion/model photo shoot. The concept behind this photographers gathering is to get a bunch of photographers, a few brides/models/willing participants, head out to a general area in downtown Raleigh and photograph bridal portraits….  Over the winter months, when weddings slow down, I really get a chance to look at my photography business and formulate a plan on what & how I want to focus on weddings for the upcoming year. These are amazing – I love how you used his hospital band in one of the photographs.  What’s a Myrtle Beach wedding with a gorgeous couple and adventurous bride without a quick dip in the ocean & pool? Wearing wedding clothes? I’m envious of the Trash the Dress session. It never gets warm enough in Oregon to take the bride & groom in the pacific.

i still can’t believe you convinced Britt to “trash her dress”. but you did, and the pictures are awesome. there have been many compliments on the pictures, so thanks me making me look good. Britt didn’t need any help!  Brittany & Shawn had their wedding at the beautiful Marriott Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC on the outdoor Patio. I originally met Brittany & Shawn though another wedding photographer, her father, Jim. Jim and I have talked, met for lunch and bounced ideas off of each other for the past year and a half… no comments |
