I traveled to Greenville, NC yesterday to photography some of the more recognizable businesses in the area as well as the Chancellor of ECU. It has been quite a while since I’ve been in that area and, well I’ll be honest here, the memories I had were somewhat foggy to begin with. We got a chance to stroll around the ECU campus a bit after we met with the Chancellor and photograph some of the more interesting buildings. With ECU celebrating its centennial this year, it was quite appropriate to photograph some of the exquisite architecture - both original and new.
Here’s one of my favorites from the area. I’m sure people thought I was a bit weird when I took it, as I was standing on a cement barricade at the time. That’s why I’m glad I carry a camera, people seem to dismiss weird behavior more readily when you are holding one.
