Calling it the “first” outdoor wedding is not really accurate so I’ll just call it the “first” wedding of my fall season was at the Snipes Farm Retreat in…  After a lovely break in August (let’s face it, getting married in August is great, but wow it’s hot), I climbed back onto the wedding train (hahaha) with Mandy & Cary’s wedding at the Hayes Barton Church and reception at the Stockroom in downtown Raleigh. Awesome work and such great style. I love the bride’s shoes and the groom’s bow tie!  I usually try to update my blog on every Monday but this has been an incredibly busy past week, so I apologize for the delay in my writing. I’ve gotten to know Amber and Jared quite well over the past year having shot their engagement photos, Amber’s bridal portrait and, now, their wedding. I’m behind… no comments  I think every wedding photographer has a location they just love shooting and where everything seems to click. For me, every Highgrove Wedding is like that. Knowing where the light falls, how the reception room is lit at night and all the cool little nooks for photos when time is tight. What makes this even… no comments |

Melissa- San Diego Wedding Photographers - Great captures… I really like the motion captured in the dancing shots. That venue looks super cool too… I love rustic wedding locals.
