With getting ready for the Christmas edition of Cary Magazine, the editor hit upon a brilliant idea of having a bake-off to determine the best 3-4 cookie recipes for the holidays. I’m pretty much a peanut-butter or chocolate chip cookie fan, but these cookies were out of this world. I’m going to butcher the names, so my apologies in advance. The 4 winners were a pumpkin-spice something or other, oatmeal cookie, apricot-pecan & ginger snaps. All of these cookies will be featured in the Nov/Dec edition of Cary Magazine.
