I was on the road this past week for some Winston-Salem Wedding Photography for a colleagues wedding. Jessica is the chief of photography for 99 blocks, a Greensboro lifestyle magazine. Their wedding ceremony and reception was held at an extremely photogenic location in Winston-Salem called SECCA. SECCA is the Southeastern Center for Contemporary art and, as you can imagine, has a beautiful campus and is a wedding photographers dream.
Their ceremony was held by the lake on campus and the reception followed immediately after inside a restored mansion. The SECCA campus was laid out in such a fashion that we could literally walk around the grounds and not find a bad spot to shoot in. Between the water, the weeping willows, the mansion, the wood paneled rooms inside the building and the outdoor patio, it really made my first Winston Salem wedding photography trip a treat. We had lots and lots of great natural light to work with all around the campus and got beautiful results from it. I wanted to thank both Bart & Jessica again for having me be their wedding photographer.
